The oil helps relieve joint pain and inflammation and helps with muscle discomfort. It contains pudina oil that provides a cooling sensation to painful joints. The oil relieves swelling, pain, and inflammation in the joints. The phytochemicals in it reduce the pain of muscles, joints, and shoulders. This ayurvedic oil has natural painkiller properties and helps stimulate blood circulation across stiff muscles.
