Directions for Use:

• Empty the sealed foil pouch into an air-tight container immediately after opening the pack
• Take two levelled scoops (30 gm) with 100 ml of milk or lukewarm water twice daily for pregnant women or as directed by the physician/ certified dietician/nutritionist
