Pbf Gel is a combination of three medicines: Clotrimazole, Ofloxacin and Ornidazole. Clotrimazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Ornidazole is also an antibiotic which kills other microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA.
