SINAREST Nasal Spray consists of Oxymetazoline as the active ingredients. It is a long and rapid acting topical nasal decongestant with a moisturizing formula. Key benefits/uses of SINAREST Nasal Spray: - Oxymetazoline promotes drainage, improves nasal ventilation and relieves feeling of stuffiness - Helps to stimulate the α- adrenergic receptors of the vascular smooth muscle - Constricts the dilated arteriolar network within the nasal mucosa - Reduces blood flow which results in shrinkage of the mucous membrane Directions for use/Dosage: - While keeping your head upright, place the spray tip into the open nostril and spray as you breathe in through your nose - Sniff hard a few times to make sure the medicine is deep into your nose - The usual recommended dose of SINAREST Nasal Spray in adults is 2- 3 sprays into each nostril Twice daily or as directed by the physician Indication: - Nasal congestion due to a cold, upper respiratory allergies or sinusitis Storage instructions: - Store below 30 degrees Celsius protected from light - Preserve in tight containers Safety information: - For external use only - Do not use if seal is broken - Keep out of the reach and sight of children - Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to its ingredients - To be administered with caution in patients with hypertension, coronary artery disease, hyperthyroidism or diabetes mellitus - To be used in pregnancy and lactation only when clearly indicated
