Directions for Use:

• Wash your hands, thoroughly sit down and relax

• Fit the silicone air cushion firmly to your breast

• Pull the handle until you fill pressure on your breast

• Pump the handle with fast and weak movements, mimicking your baby’s first sucking method

• When the breastmilk begins to flow, pump more slowly, again mimicking a baby’s sucking motion

• You should try to pump the handle every 1-2 seconds
