Q. Items that I have received are different from what I ordered

A. We are sorry you have had to experience this. Please click on "Contact us/Need Help", fill the form mentioning your order number & other details. We will investigate and call you to send replacement or refund for wrong medicines.

Q. Few or all of the items I have received are damaged

A. We are sorry you have had to experience this. Please click on " Contact us/Need Help ", fill the form mentioning your order number & other details. We will investigate and call you to send replacement or refund for damaged medicines.

Q. I would like to get an invoice for my order

A. Your invoice copy is sent with your order. To view details of your bill, go to "My orders" in the menu, tap on the respective order, and click on Invoice. You will be able to view your invoice.

Q. Can I pay online for my order?

A. Yes. You can make payment on checkout. We have multiple payment options like Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet etc..

Q. When will my order reach?

A. Your order will be delivered within the 'Estimated Delivery Date' as committed at the time of order placement. You can check this by selecting your order from "My orders" section. Keep a look-out for our order delivery updates. Even you will be notified as order/shipments moves along with tracking details.

Q. What is the expiry date of the medicines you deliver?

A. We ensure that the shelf life of the medicines being supplied by our partner retailers is, at least, a minimum of 3 months from the date of delivery.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. You can cancel your order from the ‘Order details’ screen before it is processed. Else, you can refuse it at the time of delivery and a refund will be processed into the payment source, if the order amount was paid online.

Q. There are some missing items in my order.

A. We are sorry you have had to experience this. Please click on " Contact us/Need Help", fill the form mentioning your order number & other details. We will investigate and call you to send replacement or refund for undelivered medicines.

Q. I want to modify my order.

A. You can modify your order on the phone while talking to our representative. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please place a fresh order with any modifications.

Q. What does “Banned for sale” by Egmedi mean?

A. Banned for sale by Egmedi means that these medicines are not for sale on our platform.

Q. I can’t read / find medicine / products mentioned on the prescription.

A. You can just login/signup our app/website. Then just click on “Upload Prescription.” Our representatives will call you & explain the medicines mentioned, will place order on your behalf.

Q. What to do if medicine I need is not available on Egmedi app/website?

A. Just click on “Need Help” and submit your requirements. Our representatives will call you and will try to help you best manner possible.

Q. How to search medicines/products I need?

A. You just need to type the min. 3 characters of the products name in the search bar. You’ll get suggestion related to the word you have entered.

Q. How will I get Free Shipping?

A. To avail free shipping, products card value added should min. Rs. 1000/- or more.
