Bilasure Oral Solution is an anti-allergic medicine. It is given to children to treat a wide range of symptoms associated with allergic conditions such as hay fever, urticaria (hives), conjunctivitis (red, itchy eye), and the common cold. These symptoms may include watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing, and itching.
 

Bilasure Oral Solution can be taken one hour before or two hours after food, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It should be taken as your doctor's advice.
