Dentogel is a combination of two medicines is used to treat mouth ulcers. It also reduces the pain, swelling, redness, and burning sensation of the ulcers. Dentogel should be used as directed by your doctor and use it in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Apply it only in the mouth with clean hands. Do not use it more than the recommended dose. This medicine is generally safe and does not cause any side effects. However, if you experience any allergic reactions such as itching, swelling, rashes, etc., you should consult the doctor immediately.
Mouth ulcers are small painful sores on inner lips, gums, tongue, roof of the mouth or throat that may interfere with eating, drinking and even talking. Dentogel blocks chemicals in our brain that are responsible for pain sensation and inflammation.
