Gums: These gums should be chewed slowly, unlike regular gums, to get the most nicotine out of them. Chew at least after 15 minutes of eating or drinking. Try to chew the gum until you get the peppery taste or a tingling sensation in your mouth. Then park it between the inside of your cheek and your gums. Allow the nicotine to absorb into your body.
