Product Description

Cardace 10 Tablet belongs to a group of medicines known as angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. It is widely used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure and may be prescribed after a heart attack. It also lowers the chances of having a heart attack or stroke.

Safety Advice

Alcohol
Cardace 10 Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.
Pregnancy
Cardace 10 Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
Breast Feeding
Cardace 10 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Driving
Cardace 10 Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney
Cardace 10 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Cardace 10 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended for dose adjustment.
Liver
Cardace 10 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Cardace 10 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Inform your doctor if you develop any signs and symptoms of jaundice while taking this medicine.
What if you forget to take Cardace 10 Tablet
If you miss a dose of Cardace 10 Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
