Clop Cream belongs to a group of medicines called steroids. It is used to treat various skin conditions such as dermatitis, eczema, and allergies. It works by reducing swelling, redness, and itchiness of the skin and prevents further irritation.
Clop Cream is meant for external use and is to be used only as advised by your doctor. Wash and dry the affected area before applying a thin layer of the medicine. Avoid any contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with plenty of water if you accidentally get it in these areas. Avoid covering the treated area with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor.
Using the medicine may cause skin thinning, burning sensation, irritation, redness, and swelling at the site of application. These are temporary and usually resolve with time. However, if they persist or worsen, let your doctor know. Clop Cream is not recommended to be used in children. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors before using this medicine.
Clop Cream is effective in treating allergic skin conditions with inflammation and itching such as eczema and dermatitis. It works by reducing the actions of chemicals in the body that cause inflammation of the skin. In treating eczema and dermatitis, it reduces the redness, rash, pain, or itchiness caused by your skin’s reaction to an irritant. You should always use the cream or ointment as prescribed and only apply the amount you have been told to. Keep using it for as long as it is prescribed to get the full benefits.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the cream. Wash your hands after applying, unless hands are the affected area.
