Diapride DM 2 Tablet 10's is an antidiabetic medicine used to treat diabetes. It is used for the treatment of Type II Diabetes. Type II Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic condition that influences the body's metabolism of glucose or blood sugar. Insulin resistance or insufficient insulin production are the two main causes of type 2 diabetes.

Diapride DM 2 Tablet 10's contains Dapagliflozin (sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors), Metformin (biguanides), and Glimepiride (sulfonylurea), which work by increasing the amounts of certain natural substances that lower blood sugar when it is high.

Diapride DM 2 Tablet 10's should be taken as advised by your doctor. It is advised not to take more than the recommended dose. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush, or break the medicine.

What if I have taken an overdose of Diapride DM 2 Tablet 10's

Please do not exceed the recommended dose, as it might cause an overdose. Signs and symptoms of an overdose of Diapride DM 2 Tablet 10's may include low blood sugar, stomach pain and diarrhoea. Seek immediate medical attention if you observe these symptoms or think you might have taken too much. Do this even if there are no signs of discomfort or poisoning.

Inform your doctor if you have any liver/kidney disease, heart problems, and hypertension before taking Diapride DM 2 Tablet 10's.

• Try doing 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity or one hour and 15 minutes of high-intensity exercise weekly. 
• Include your diet with whole grain foods, fruits and veggies and other fiber-enriched foods. 
• Add omega-3 fatty acid-containing oils for daily cooking.
• Avoid taking too much stress as it may elevate your blood sugar level. You can adopt stress management techniques like mindfulness, meditation, or yoga to control stress-related blood sugar changes.
• Loss of weight gradually to achieve a healthy body mass index (18.5 to 24.9).
• Keep your blood pressure as normal (140/90) as possible, as it reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases in diabetes patients.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption while on treatment with Diapride DM 2 Tablet 10's.
• Take short, frequent meals, and avoid prolonged fasting when taking Diapride DM 2 Tablet 10's.
