Lizerton B6 Oral Solution Orange Sugar Free is a combination of three medicines. It is used in the treatment and prevention of kidney stones. It works by preventing the formation as well as breaking down the crystals in the kidneys.
Lizerton B6 Oral Solution Orange Sugar Free may be prescribed alone or in combination with other medicines. It should be taken with food. Measure the solution and dilute it in a glass of water before taking it. Take it regularly and do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor. You should not stop taking the medicine until your doctor tells you it is okay to stop.
Using this medicine may cause a few common side effects such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and stomach pain. If you experienced any such side effect that does not resolve with time or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing them.
The medicine may not be suitable for everybody. Before taking it, let your doctor know if you have any medical conditions or disorders such as problems with your heart, liver, or kidneys. Let your doctor also know all the other medicines you are taking to make sure the medicine is safe for you. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors before using this medicine.
Lizerton B6 Oral Solution Orange Sugar Free is used to make the urine less acidic. This helps the kidneys get rid of the uric acid, thereby preventing the formation of kidney stones. Vitamin B6 present in Lizerton B6 Oral Solution Orange Sugar Free further inhibits kidney stone formation. Your doctor may direct you to eat a low-salt (low-sodium) diet, drink lots of fluids and eat citrus fruits like oranges, lemons etc. Also limit the intake of salt, sugar, animal protein, and foods rich in oxalate such as spinach, almonds, peanuts etc.
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Lizerton B6 Oral Solution Orange Sugar Free is to be taken with food.
