Tonoferon Paed Syrup may be taken with or without food; however, take it in the dose and duration prescribed by the doctor. Also, continue taking this medicine for as long as it is prescribed even if you feel better because if this medicine is stopped abruptly, the symptoms may return.

Tonoferon Paed Syrup contains three ingredients, namely folic acid, iron, and vitamin B12. Iron replenishes the iron stores in the body and corrects iron-deficiency anemia. Folic acid is essential for the production of red blood cells. It also prevents and treats folate deficiency and anemia. Vitamin B12 is essential for red blood cell production, nerve function, and DNA synthesis.
